This plant-based soup is gluten-free, freezable, has no added preservatives or thickeners and is handmade. Wherever possible, Pesto Princess (a small company that started in a home kitchen in Observatory) supports small scale farmers who use organic sprays for pest control and who farm sustainably.

Ingredients: Water, butternut (28%), onion, vegetable oil (canola or sunflower seed), carrots, potatoes, oranges (juice and zest), celery, salt, spices.
